Surrender to God !Resist the devil ,and he will run from you (JAMES 4.7 ;HINDI ALSO )

So ,then submit yourself to God .Resist the devil ,and he will run away from you  "God opposes the proud ,but gives grace to the humble."Submit yourself ,then to God.Resist the devil and he will flee from you.Draw near to God ,and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands ,your sinners , and purify your hearts ,you double minded ...  and do not give devil a foothold . Put on the full armor of God ,so that you can make your stand against the devil's schemes. Humble yourself ,therefore ,under God's mighty hand ,so that in due time He may exalt you . Be sober -minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like roaring lion ,seeking someone to devour.  Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering.

"Coconut oil is one of the worst things you can eat," Michels said. While others have taken a more measured view, they hardly buy into the ballyhoo. A  2016 survey in the New York Times suggested that 72% of Americans think coconut oil is healthy, versus only 37% of nutritionists polled. "T
